The story so far
Amina wakes before the dawn chorus and considers this the only honest way to run an energy ministry. She learned the panels by watching them, charting which caught the sun first and which sulked behind the mango tree, and she can tell you the day's light budget the way Musa can tell you the grain. When the lights flickered one dry season, she found the loose connection before the Assembly finished forming a committee about it.
Her great national project is Solar Schedule Harmonisation, the long war over whether lights-out should follow the sun or the Speaker's bedtime. Amina, who follows the sun, is winning it slowly and with charts. The Noiler claim her for her early hours; she claims the sunrise for everybody.

Amina Daybreak takes Energy and Solar; Sadé the Griot takes Culture and Entertainment. The swearing-in runs late because the new Culture Minister set the oath to music and the Assembly asked for a second verse.
