The story so far
Musa spent years as keeper of the raised feed store, a post nobody wanted and he never left. He learned the grain the way a doctor learns a patient: by weight, by smell, by the exact sound dry maize makes against the wall. When damp got into the store one rainy season, he caught it in a single morning and lost not one sack. The story reached the Presidency, and the acting arrangement over Feed and Agriculture quietly ended.
As Minister he treats the National Feed Budget as a sacred trust and a personal insult in equal measure. He defends every line of it in the Assembly, then goes home and rewraps the store against the rain himself. His seasonal forage plan, posted at the trough, is followed by birds who could not name their own Assembly member. The Noiler, who range far and eat well, claimed him before the Isa-Brown had finished reading his budget.

Grain and water
Musa the Grainkeeper takes Feed and Agriculture; Emeka the Drain Marshal takes Water and Environment. Two Noiler infrastructure hands who already ran the store and the drains, now with the titles to match. Musa's first act: an inspection of the store, by smell.
